I have decided to join the world of blogging. I have been busy with Grad school but now that I have completed my 1000 hours of internship I am hoping I will have some free time to venture out into the world. My lovely daughter was an inspiration and great help in getting this blog up and running. I am attaching a picture that fits with my blog theme of Autumn Splendour. My husband gave me Prairie Schooler's Harvest Time chart, with the recommended fabric and threads, for Christmas about 3 years ago. I rarely stitch using Aida - since, this is what he gave me as part of the gift - I felt I should use it. :) It has been a slow process using the Aida - I have found it much more difficult to stitch on Aida vs. stitching on linen. So, here is a picture of my slow progress on Prairie Schooler's Harvest Time.
